At Our Little Hands, every product is handmade and created only after an order is placed. Many products are also personalized according to the customer’s selected design, name, colour, size, or other instructions.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed or production has started.
Please carefully review all names, spellings, colours, sizes, quantities, delivery details, and customization instructions before placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are handmade, made to order, and customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size, colour, or design selected by the customer
- Incorrect spelling or information provided by the customer
- Minor handmade variations in colour, stitching, size, texture, or appearance
- Delivery delays caused by the courier or an incorrect address
Minor differences are natural in handmade products and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if:
- The product arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong product
- The customization is different from the details confirmed with us
You must provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Our Little Hands.
